I have ordered two suits, one for each of my boys. One suit fitted perfectly first time. My other child we got it right third time. The two suits I returned were refunded without quibble, excluding the postage which I expected. The service, response by email, has been very good. When I contacted the team to advise I was returning the first garment they sent me a return postage link, the same day, which allowed me to return without cost. Once informed I had ordered a replacement separately, customer service upgraded the postage of the replacement to first class. The suits look stunning and I am very happy with the experience overall.
