The shirts that I purchased came with dirt marks on collar and I complained about it, they offered me 50% discount but I didn’t want them in view of the marks. I then informed them that I had washed the shirts and I’d like to pay full price but as a good will gesture they gave a full refund instead. I was quite amazed at their customer service
