Wrong gloves delivered.

Gloves have not arrived yet 17 days after doing (and paying) the order. Really bad…

I asked to return the product since i wasn’t happy with the colour and quality. The returns page does not process a return for you, just says the order doesn’t exist. Customer service has redirected me to the same page for processing returns that don’t work and will not manually process the return for me. I have now been left without a response and no one picks up the phone at the number on their contact page. This is a scam company - do not buy if there is any chance you will look to return the product. The return policy is a lie.

You didn’t send me gloves. I got mug for caffe. This was meant to be Christmas gift but it turns out it really expensive caffe mug. Disappointed.
