I did not like these gloves at all and they are not worth the price as they did not keep my hands warm at all. I would like to return them

Was amazed to receive an empty box, but when I emailed customer service they didn’t seem that surprised. I ordered the last pair and seemed all to coincidental that I never received them. Almost like I was sold a pair of gloves that they never had. Needless to say I am without gloves or a refund and to make matters worse they are listed on the website as in stock.
