My husband is very happy with his new Samuel Hubbard shoes- says they are comfortable and he doesn't think about his feet all day ( a very good sign)! I appreciate the quality of the product and the customer service.

I was attracted to Samuel Hubbard shoes after I received your catalog in the mail and went through it. The women's oxfords were exactly what I had been looking for, a well-made, comfortable, attractive everyday shoe. The color I wanted was out of stock so I went on a waiting/notification list and in the meantime was told I would be sent a Harry & David's gift basket as a reward for my patience. No such gift basket arrived, but within a few weeks I was notified that my item was available for purchase. I ordered my regular size, 8 1/2 but found these were too large. The return was easy and I re-ordered a size 8 which fits comfortably. I love the shoes and look forward to trying more colors and perhaps the boot style. I appreciate what Samuel Hubbard is doing, will continue to buy your shoes for myself and will also encourage other family members to consider giving them a try.

I felt like they cared. I completed my Christmas (giving) order to later find out that they were no longer available. I received an apologetic e-mail with an offer to let me know when they would be available. (Yeah right!) Well they did let me know and I received them in time to put them under the tree! Great boots are being worn as I type. This company appears to "have it going on". :)
