I have significant back problems and need shoes that reduce some of the burden as I try to stand or walk around. At the same time, I am a professional and work in a busy office. The black Market Cap shoes have turned out perfect for my needs, I get complemented often and they have held up well with regular wear over the 3 months-plus I have had them. Unfortunately, I purchased a pair of Founders in brown/cognac to alternate with them and they show scuffs, gashes and unusual wear even though I wear them much less frequently and am not hard on them at all. Due to the fact I bought them from a third party seller, Hubbard won't help me with this. I still bought a third pair, directly from Hubbard, in a casual style and love them in every way---no issues. So, great shoes, but I caution against buying from anyone other than Hubbard.

The shopping experience was easy enough and pleasant enough. The shoes are very nice. I like them a lot. My only gripe is that ALL the shoes don't come in wide.
