Great shoes so far. My feet don't hurt at the end of the day.

Bought a pair of brown Founders. A little roomy so I ordered a 1/2 size smaller. Perfect. Return was easy and complete. Shoes are the most comfortable I have. Will order a black pair. Interior of shoes are finished well. Being if southern heritage, I can wear these shoes without socks!

Very easy process.

Although the shoes that I liked so much turned out to be too narrow, the experience of dealing with Samuel Hubbard was wonderful. I was concerned about the fit and afraid to wear them too long because the return policy said that unworn shoes could be returned for a full refund and I didn’t want to lose the refund. I called to ask for advice on how to determine whether they would stretch enough to be comfortable and was reassured that I could actually wear them all day, even outside, to see whether they would become comfortable, and still return them. That was a great relief, and I was able to determine that they really were just a bit too narrow, and they were accepted for return.
