Pleased with Exchange Process
I bought shoes that proved to be too small. I got expert help by phone from Hubbard on fit and stretching, but in the end developed worrisome foot pain and had to return the shoes, buying a larger pair. The first shoes weren’t in pristine shape—obviously no longer new, and yet Hubbard cheerfully accepted them and refunded my money. Excellent customer service. (And I love the shoes I ended up with.)
