I've wanted these boots since the very first time I saw them. I immediately put my name on the wait list and ordered a pair quickly after receiving the notification that they were available. I was not disappointed when the arrived. They are super comfortable and very handsome.

Very comfortable out of the box. I am prone to plantar fasciitis and am always in search of comfortable supportive yet stylish shoes. These are them!! I have narrow feet and did have to add heel grippers. Otherwise, these are perfect; warm and light in weight well made shoes. Loved the leather smell when I opened the box!

Tight on my arch putting them on & taking them off but they will stretch & they are otherwise wonderful

I left 2 emails indicating my interest in shoes when they became available, never really expecting to hear from Samuel Hubbard. To my delight, I did hear! I have had several conversations with Hubbard staff, who are friendly, informed and helpful. I haven't received the promised Harry & David's delivery, but I have received the shoes I ordered. Unfortunately, I've yet to wear them, as I broke a bone in my foot and am wearing an orthopedic boot instead. I do look forward to wearing my Hubbard's---someday.

At first the boot was difficult to get on . Needed to use shoe horn but now the boot has molded to my foot . I can fit my orthotics on top of inner sole . I really love these boots so comfortable !
