I'm glad I didn't need

I'm glad I didn't need this swimsuit urgently, and that I had the luxury of time to eventually find the right size. I initially placed an order for a S top and S bottom, but was sent an XS top by mistake (the XS top was in a mislabeled product bag). I tried on the XS and it was way too tight. I emailed their customer service to explain the situation. Salt Gypsy got back to me, refunded my return shipping for the XS top, and sent out a S top. However, they also included a S bottom, which I didn't need, because the original bottoms I received were a perfect fit. I tried on the S top and still wasn't happy with the fit, which I found too tight. I returned both the S top and the extra pair of S bottoms they sent me, requesting a refund for the top. I then placed a separate order for a M top, which I promptly received, and am happy with the fit. The customer service was fairly prompt, understanding, helpful and apologetic regarding the original size mistake. The 4 stars is mostly for the original mistake, and the amount of time it's taken to get sorted.

Swimwear is great but discount

Swimwear is great but discount code never worked and no one replied. Easy ordering fast shipping.

Cute but fit needs work.

Cute but fit is off. The small was too big in the back and the XS was too tight on the armpits.

Bit disappointed with my B+W

Bit disappointed with my B+W crop top and betty bottoms. Just took them away for a surf trip and after the first use, the white areas were stained — I'm guessing from sunscreen (which was purchased from Salt Gypsy). I've washed them a few times and though the stain has come out a little, it's still noticeable.

I really like the bottoms

I really like the bottoms I ordered but the top was way too small even though I checked the sizing as carefully as I could. Because I’m in NZ I had to post back which was $17, I guess it is always a bit of a gamble with buying online. We also have no commercial composting facilities close by and very few in NZ accept the material anyway so I’m wondering if it’s even necessary for packaging. I’d be happy with just cardboard which I can recycle. I also don’t put compostable packaging into our compost at home as we’re very careful about maintaining the integrity of our compost. Again great bottoms and I know you’re trying hard!
