I ordered a pair of boots on a Thursday evening and paid for two business day delivery. On Monday I called as it wasn’t showing they had not been shipped yet—the young man that answered the phone was knowledgeable and explained their process and the phone accidentally cut off due to the area I was in. A couple of minutes later I received an email where he had refunded me for the additional charge for shipping without me even asking! The boots arrived on Tuesday…
