I recently purchased my son's first pair of glasses from Roshambo after much online research. I wear glasses myself but having them for a child is a different ballgame. I love Warby Parker and Roshambo is my new favorite comparable company for toddlers! The at home try on box was more than helpful with all the options that it came with. My son picked the colors he wanted from the comfort of our home. After they came I had an unexpected issue where the lens fell out and was lost on the playground, not long after purchase. The COO of the company responded to my warranty question and provided the absolute best customer service expediting a replacement lens for us! I truly felt heard and understood as a Mom of a toddler boy where accidents happen but can be easily taken care of. I never expected the COO to take the time to reach out or be as accommodating. I believe a company's product is only as good as it's people, and I cannot thank them enough for the care and attention they showed us. I know the product is as high quality as their service! I highly recommend this product and company and am so grateful to have them on this journey with my family!

This is my second Roshambo purchase - the first one was when my daughter was six months old! Now three, and with a very large noggin, I wanted sunglasses that would be sure to fit her as well as be indestructible (she has a tendency to stretch them apart for kicks). Roshambo to the rescue! I loved that I could choose a lens color to complement the color the frames are when exposed to sunlight, too!
