Bought for a trip that would involved a lot of hiking and swimming. Worked great, very easy to pack, didn't have to worry about breaking them. Light weight on the face, didn't slide down when things got sweaty. At times they blocked out the sun too good and I didn't realize I was getting sunburned because my eyes were telling me it wasn't too sunny. Lol
