Shipping was on time with email updates. Packaging is minimal and recyclable- which I appreciate.

Started off rocky due to Covid and the post office but customer service was 2nd to none. I order the shirt for a hiking trip to Montana. Unfortunately the post office temporally lost my package so I did not receive it in time. Being such great customer service I was offered a discount on my next order for how the post office lost my package. Your Service rep was even going to send me another shirt. I appreciate everything you guys do and you are awesome!
