Look great but I’ve been sent the wrong sizes

Missing art at the back

The shirts are nice but the sizing is very off - 10 to 12 size are 6 to 8 and 14 to 16 are actually 10 to 12 - I have contact the company twice and so far have had no response.

Loose fibres from garment covered my shirts when new, pre first wash. Washing made no difference. Unwearable. Brand Ramo. Photos available. Printed workware acknowledged problem but no follow up unfortunately.
