I am honestly so happy with the returns policy at princess polly. They send each parcel with a returns slip, super easy to fill out, you just place the item back in the bag and post it - and you don’t have to pay for postage either! I bought a dress that was the wrong size, and within a week I had my replacement in the right size and I love it! I have never encountered an easier exchange policy from an online store, which is usually why I don’t shop online, but I very happy 😊
