completely crumpled and not to size , i want a refund

Not happy.

So disappointed that the clothing quality was so bad and especially disappointed I wasn't able to return (within 7 days) for a refund, only a store credit.

didn't received it yet?????????label created but didn't shipped the item yet but charged 11 dollars for shipping don't know what's happening with the order
