I did not receive an email saying that my jeans were shipped and ready and I had to call customer service to ask about my order after the ten business days because I had not gotten them yet.

Used to buy all the time Over the years the material has changed I also think they are a bit pricey and the shipping is ridiculous

Product is good but shipping costs high. Most vendors have free shipping or much lower rates.

I bought 3 pair. 2 were fantastic. I couldn't find a good sizing chart so I bought 2 different sizes. 2 were fantastic even though they're different sizes. One's a little big but that's fine. The third is the boyfriend cut. They're just regular jeans with a drawstring. Not even soft denim, just the same stiff stuff you get anywhere. I'm super not happy with those and they'll be finding a new home. But I love my other 2!
