I was recently diagnosed with severe degenerative changes at the talonavicular joint with complete loss of joint space distance, extensive subchondral cyst formation and oedema within the navicular bone with dorsal osteophyte formation. Minor degenerative changes at the fourth and fifth tarsometatarsal joint also and minor degenerative changes around the anterior third of the subtalar joint. Further minor degenerative changes at the calcaneocuboid joint. Very painful however these recovery sliders came up and oh boy what a game changer, the shoes take pressure of this joint with their rocker style sole, absolutely amazing what they do

Great product, found it helped significantly with plantar fasciitis symptoms compared to normal sliders
