I had been searching for a grey Herschel laptop case for a 13” Macbook Air for a while and it was out of stock in several places. I came across it on Number Six when I did a Google search and as a bonus it was £10 cheaper than ASOS & Amazon. Ordered lunchtime and arrived the next morning. Excellent product & service. Easy ordering via a clean, simple to use web site. Fast delivery of exactly the item I asked for. Sadly, didn’t fit as I’d hoped, so went through the returns system, also very simple and clear. Received a personal email from a real person confirming my intention to return the item and explained the next steps. Refund received a day or so after item posted back. Wish all on-line experiences were this easy! Number Six are to be applauded for great personal service. Would recommend them unhesitatingly.
