We had an awesome experience with NICA! I ordered a upland vest for my husband for Christmas, but was called shortly after by Kaitlyn that the vest was out of stock but they were expecting one to be returned shortly. She let me know she would watch every day and would two-day ship it to me for free once received. She followed up with me multiple times updating me on the situation. Unfortunately the vest didn’t make it back before Christmas so they promptly refunded my purchase, but she still went out of her way to call me and let me know it had arrived two weeks later and we had first dibs before she put it back in stock. I couldn’t believe she still remembered after that long! We went ahead and purchased the vest. It arrived in two days and works great! We will definitely try to give them as much business as we can. Kaitlyn was so great and made us feel like family which is quite impressive when you are ordering something online! Great customer service!
