The product I received was exactly what I ordered but I also paid for two sets of heels which I never received. I sent an email asking about them & they responded that my order status should be updated in a day. I emailed again a week later & they never responded. I haven't received any contact from them, my original order or my money back. When you call their phone number, after the automated message, it just hangs up on you. I spent around $250. Did not get my money's worth!

waiting for my RMA

Placed my order on December 20th. It is now 10pm on January 3rd and my order has still not been delivered. I understand that there were two holiday days during this time frame. However, when paying for shipping, this time frame is extremely frustrating.

The entire process/store products just sucked. Will never buy here and will let everyone know not to shop here.
