I have issues with the return system

The quality of the clothes was okay but the customer service is what made me decide that I'd likely not order from this site ever again. I do A LOT of online shopping. I ordered an item that was out of stock and while I understand this store's return policy, I wasn't able to be refunded for an out of stock item that I had to reach out about which only added to my frustration.
