Pants too big shirt too big both wrong size can’t get customer service. Don’t have no idea how to return merchandise.

Never received my order don’t waste your money… called them and emailed and never got a response back. Only thing I’m glad for is that Capital One help me dispute this issue. I thought I was supporting a small business but guess not.the Shop app thry had was jumping around it said item that got a priority or 2 day business was not being shipped till sept 2024. Then it said delivered but was not… had checked in with the mail carrier said they had nothing for me.

Cheap material. They will not refund your money-but give you a credit and you have to pay 6.98 to ship your dress... material made of what feels like plastic fabric back to them so you can choose another cheap dress.

Dress was very disappointing- looks like a $20 dress. Material was cheap, not well done. I’ve emailed customer service requesting a refund with no response.
