Easy process for ordering our custom hats. The final product was excellent.

Fulfillment process was great.

Once I got a hold of the customer service team, they were very helpful and responsive. The turnaround time to receive the order was surprisingly short. To top it all off, the quality of the leather patch engraving is some of the best I've seen. With all of the options for color/style/patch, I can't imagine this being my last order with Monomoy.
