Despite complications, because of myself, Mono my actually put an insane amount of effort into getting me the hat that I ordered. The people I had talked to were extremely kind, understanding, and supportive throughout the process. Absolutely the best customer service in the industry and the hat was absolutely perfect!!! I ordered custom beanies for our fishing derby. The patches came out fantastic and the hats were great quality. 10/10 will definitely order from Monomoy in the future!
