I love the brand. The clothes are soft and very well made. My most recent order was from the “last call” group so supplies were limited. When I received my items, one of the shirts was incorrect. Although the item I wanted was no longer available, customer service made it right, refunded my card for that purchase, and stayed in constant communication with me until the issue was resolved. So even though there was a shipping error, customer service took care of a loyal customer and I will continue to shop with Lauren Moshi!

It took a. Wet long time to get my order shipped. Or even a tracking number. How ever I eve I got ahold of customer service they were kind and helped me with my order.

Quality should be better for the prices that you charge.

I did send an email because I was charged 2 x but never heard back.

Love these shirts but the packaging shipped is terrible and they arrive all wrinkled. Did these prices you can do better.
