I ordered 1 Model S - Carbon Black x Ruby and one grey Lynx during their buy one get one free sale. I only received the one and they would not send me the grey Lynx no explanation I’ve tried contacting them they will not respond to my emails. And still no word from them, and was looking forward to getting both pairs of sunglasses. Especially the Lynx which I needed for a special gathering. That me and my friends were going to, but they failed to give it to me and failed to give me an explanation. I really was looking forward to getting them but I’m just disappointed

Great service, fast shipping - .y sunglasses arrived within a few days of ordering.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses and received the wrong colour in my delivery. I attempted to call their customer service hotline 6 times and no one answered. They also don’t have a company name or message on their voicemail inbox. I also tried to send multiple emails. I finally received a response a day later in the website chat box. They told me the colour I ordered is discontinued. Horrible customer service and overall bad experience. I will not be a returning customer.
