My sunglasses still not here. The website for tracking my order don't show and advance in delivery!. Where are the sunglasses!

Poor customer service

Mi paquete no me ha llegado después de un mes, lleva desde el día 4 en aduanas y estamos a día 19 y no hay ninguna actualización.

Terrible service. Received the wrong pair of the sunglasses that were for children and they didn’t respond to my email about getting a new pair.

I ordered 1 Model S - Carbon Black x Ruby and one grey Lynx during their buy one get one free sale. I only received the one and they would not send me the grey Lynx no explanation I’ve tried contacting them they will not respond to my emails. And still no word from them, and was looking forward to getting both pairs of sunglasses. Especially the Lynx which I needed for a special gathering. That me and my friends were going to, but they failed to give it to me and failed to give me an explanation. I really was looking forward to getting them but I’m just disappointed
