Extremely poor customer service. No one responds to emails or customer's concerns, even after you've paid for the merchandise.

Item was too small and it had a spot on it

In addition to being a dud of a purchase; the shipping took forever. Let this be a learning tool to the owners of Marchal's Designs. You can't take forever to ship and also not allow returns of merchandise that does not fit . This is one black owned business that I will not support in the future and I do not want to be contacted.
