My order has still not arrived. It is almost a month, since I ordered it.

We have nog received oud order, and still no answer or explanation.

the shipping to europe is defective, the communication with the service center is very complicated

I have ordered 2 leotards and 1 pair of leggings on 13.04, with estimated delivery time of max 8 days. On 25 of May I’ve checked the order status and saw that my package has been held at the customs. Normally, when this happens the customs send you the note, none of that has been received. I have checked the order status now only to see that my package is listed as “unclaimed” and is being returned to the sender. More than a month of waiting for nothing.

Unfortunately, I haven't received my purchase yet. I ordered It on march 10th and I'm waiting already more than 30 days. Could You please check the problem? Regards, Mara Starka
