Great love this product. I've used anothe brand for years and wasn't 100% happy with their product. I would get cramps in my hand trying to hold when typing, drop my phone all the time, and if my phone was vertical it would have to lay flat. So needless to say the lovehandle is better hands down. Also haven't dropped my phone yet. Additionally I was having an issue with my phone type and thought I needed to exhange because my s-pen would keep alerting that it was popped out but, customer service sent me a insert and it's works perfectly since then! Customer for life.
