The shipping was fast. I returned the first pair because the color didn't look good on my skin tone, I ordered a new style and color and it came within days.

While I was aware there was a problem with the shipment of my glasses, I had not had a chance to reach out to customer service to check on the status. To my surprise, I received an email from customer service telling me they were aware of the problem and offering me solutions. I was very impressed with the proactive customer service.

I would like to make an inquiry about some products. What's your Minimum order quantity? Do you accept Us credit card ? Do you allow pick up via Courier Company or freight forwarders ?
