I asked to change my order an hour after placed they ignored me and shipped then said if you want to return you can.

My order never came to me.?your team said it was lost. Waiting on a follow up. Tuti was the person that said it was lost. Have not heard back.

I still have not received my glasses from your company because they were shipped to late to be received in Philadelphia before I returned to California. I consequently bought a pair from Warby Parker which I received and I am now using.

The delivery system is a joke.
