This is from Ferd, the consumer, Not Janet. I like the quality of your shirts but I think your business model is challenged. Unless you have your shirts made, which I did for a long time, you could typically order the fit, neck size and sleeve length for an off the rack shirt and have a shirt that fit fine. Paying on the high side for an off the rack shirt, and then having to incur the additional expense of having the sleeves altered to the desired length is a real demotivator to me…and I suspect others.
