La Kaiser

I loved this ring when I saw it online because of the lilac colour but the one I got has a really subtle lilac tone and is more close to clear quartz. I think if you are calling something "lilac" - the rings should all have an obvious lilac tone. I understand that there is variation in colour in natural gemstones but if the colour in some is so light or closer to clear quartz, it shouldn't be marketed as a lilac toned ring. It is too costly for me to return as I live in Canada - if I was in the US, I would have returned it. I am still happy with fitting and quality and other la kaiser pieces I own so I will continue to purchase in the future.

I ordered the heart opal bracelet and was very excited to see it! 4 days after it arrived and after wearing it just two times, a couple of the opals became loose, and one already fell off. I contacted the team to see what they could do to help me with this situation and I they gave me a return document I have to print and then go to the post office and package myself and ship back for a return which is very inconvenient since I work while the office is open. Very disappointed in the product.

I loved my ring at first. Perfection! Then to my dismay I found a stone was missing! I thought it would last a little longer than it did.
