The online store service and delivery were fine. I have been a customer for many years. The item that I purchased, a blue OAKS belt pack, is so small, I cannot even fit a pair of sunglasses in it! It literally holds a credit card holder, keys and a lipstick. I will not order a purse online again because it is very well made but too small to fit my belongings.
