The woman who helped me was amazing. I have challenging wide sensitive feet and she spent all the time I needed talking to me about fit details of various boots. Also she was familiar with many of the boots herself and wears them. It is surprising but that is not always the case with customer service for online brands. If she was not familiar she had no problem asking others there who were. Boots from La Canadienne are expensive and an investment. She definitely respected that and wanted to help me find the right match as much as possible. I have honestly never talked to someone from a company who was so patient and eager to help. I wish I caught her name so I could give her personal credit.
