Terrible service for a clothing store. A clothing store should allow you to try something on and if it doesn’t fit, return it. I’ve been a long time customer of Keani and I’ve always worn a size medium. This is a size extra small and it’s just huge on me. When I asked to return it, they said no. A clothing store should allow you to try things on and return them if they don’t fit. I’ll never buy anything from them again and their customer service sucks.

It did not say the Leilani dress was final sale, and yet I'm not allowed to return it. I submitted a request to return the jumpsuit, and still haven't heard back. I used to love this store, wondering what changed. .

Very poor quality and customer service

Lack of response about potential discount for sold out item with mark on it.
