This was my second order
This was my second order place with your company. First one went fine. Second order I had a defective item with stitching that was not completed, which resulted in significant fraying at the slit of the dress. After multiple conversations with customer service, the plan was to get an exchanged item at no cost. Fortunately, I got three different invoices for $10 and they refused to ship the item saying they were waiting for the $10 to be paid. I was told this was supposed to be free shipping and I absolutely should not have to pay anything to exchange a defective item. I’m beyond angry and disappointed. I would love to continue to support your small business, but if this is how it’s going to be, I cannot say that I will ever pay $100 + for one of your dresses again.
