Shipping was quick but the packaging was disappointing. It was a thick plastic bag that made the robe stinky, seem cheap (vs luxurious & couldn’t be recycled.

The blanket came on time. They are very expensive though.

Terrible product and the customer service is worst. Buyers beware. I hope Oprah is not recommending this company anymore.

I want to return the blanket because it’s much too small for my son. I have emailed twice, a week apart. It’s been 3 weeks since my first email and haven’t heard anything. It’s frustrating that in order to return I have to email. But then to not hear back is beyond frustrating and disappointing.
