Are these even period panties?? I've leaked through these panties 3 days in a row and only using them for 6 hours max! I'm NOT a heavy flow-er. On my heaviest days I don't use more than a regular tampon, never super. Just a horrible brand of period panties. Dissappointing

Wish for a refund

I had placed an order for the period panties nearly a month ago, and as soon as I was given the delivery date, I noticed it was going to be the same day I moved to another state. Immediately, I emailed them to try and have the address updated. A few weeks, 6 emails and 3 phone calls later trying to contact the support team and they have hardly responded. They then tell me 4 days after the package has already been delivered to my old address that I am unable to change the address once the order is placed and then stupidly asked me if I had received my package?! Obviously not. I'm highly disappointed as I really did enjoy this product and had hoped to continue to make future purchases. But seeing as I will not receive my package or my money back, I will not be using Joyja anymore. Unfortunate, really.

The service is absolutely horrendous. I don’t care how good the items are. Logistically and service-wise, there’s too much room for improvement for me to do business with Joyja again and I will be letting all of my friends and family know the same so that they do not repeat the mistake I made with purchasing here. It’s a great concept but it isn’t worth the hassle. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency around the order status and the lack of service from the reps via email.

No coupons for your mistake then write on top of my review that I was helped when I wasn’t a help and a refund is two completely different things. I didn’t want my money back I wanted my items. Now if I want them I have to pay extra as I used a coupon code for my initial purchase and I’d have to pay shipping which makes me second guess shopping here again. Doubt if I would because it was a hassle. I had to drive around target to target to find thinx to replace the one pair of Joyja and thinx are not really all that flattering and they’re more expensive. I wasn’t happy.
