Poor Customer Service
I had placed an order for the period panties nearly a month ago, and as soon as I was given the delivery date, I noticed it was going to be the same day I moved to another state. Immediately, I emailed them to try and have the address updated. A few weeks, 6 emails and 3 phone calls later trying to contact the support team and they have hardly responded. They then tell me 4 days after the package has already been delivered to my old address that I am unable to change the address once the order is placed and then stupidly asked me if I had received my package?! Obviously not. I'm highly disappointed as I really did enjoy this product and had hoped to continue to make future purchases. But seeing as I will not receive my package or my money back, I will not be using Joyja anymore. Unfortunate, really.
