I love my underwear! They are cute and absorbent! I did buy them to really just sleep in and I’m glad that was my expectation. The fit on the high waisted brief was not high enough and the boxer briefs started to fall down when I wore them to the store real quick. Still a great, but the fits weren’t perfect.

I love my Amelia Joyja panties, so I bought a few more and bought some of the Jess panties to try. I have to say I’m disappointed in the Jess pairs. I didn’t read the description thoroughly and didn’t realize they didn’t have the same cotton inner layer. They’re also tighter and not as comfy as the Amelias. So be careful when purchasing and read the details.

I love this product, they are comfy, cute designs, and most importantly, they work! Unfortunately to ship to Canada, there I was a $44 duty charge on top of the price of the 5 panties I ordered.

I love the underwear but I’m writing to complain about my customer service experience. I noticed my order had 2 size Medium panties on my most recent order (I meant to do all large) immediately after placing the order I emailed to get them switched out to the correct size but was told there was nothing you could do. Poor service. The order hadn’t even been fulfilled yet. Do better please. Idk if I’ll order again.

I purchased the Alice bikini style in the Breezy Palms colour. I was a little disappointed to discover that the colour of the panty was not as it appears on the website. On the website, the panty features a botanical print over a vintage beige/yellow background, but the one I received featured a white background instead. While the print is still beautiful, I really loved the vintage look of it as featured online and was disappointed when the background turned out to be white. Additionally, with the bikini style, I would advise anyone that is on the higher end of the measurement spectrum for a given size to size up one. I purchased the large, and while it fits me, it's a little tight making me wish I had gone up to an XL. (However, I also bought the Lily thong in a large and it fits just fine, so I think it depends on the style - I would definitely size up with the bikini style next time). On a positive note, the print is beautiful and I love that Joyja has organic cotton versions of some of their styles - I would love to see this continued and expanded :)
