I got two pairs and I wore one of them when I was spotting and they didn’t stay up because of bloating. They didn’t quite fit over my belly and kept rolling down in the front. The crotch area was perfect.

They work well just a little tight in the leg holes and if you care about underwear lines make sure to wear baggy bottoms.

I have other period panties and actually prefer them to Joyja. The prints are pretty and the panties definitely get the job done. It's just that the material is so stiff and hard, unpleasant on your body unlike the other brand I own and have been using for a few years. Even after several washes, the panties aren't as soft as you'd think they'd be. Other that that, they are great!

I did not experience any leaks while wearing on my heaviest days, which was great. I give 4 out of 5 stars because I experienced odor from wearing all day long. I will still probably use tampons/pads that can be changed regularly on heavy flow days to reduce odor in addition to wearing the Joyja underpants to reduce leakage or stains that would occur with regular underwear.
