I have a VERY heavy flo.. These are absolutely wonderful! I work 12 hour shifts in an emergency room and I am not able to always get to a bathroom when I need to for uh ohs... so when leaking does occur I am not worried at all!! I use a disk and these panties, I even let myself sleep all night now and not worry about sitting up and making A mess , these catch it all !!! I have now made my 3rd purchase 😁
