The website was good, did all that I expected. Unfortunately you use UPS who are useless in my experience. A week after my item was due, they still don't have it to me so I can't comment yet. Very good quality clothing. Maybe very slightly overpriced.

I bought three items, two rollneck jumpers and a cardigan. I'm really happy with the quality of the items, the jumpers are really nice to wear and the fit is great. I'm also impressed with the quick delivery, and overall I'm very happy and will definitely order more items in the future. The only slight disappointment, and the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, is in the sizing of the cardigan. I think the length is just too long, if you look at the pictures on the website the length looks perfect, but that's a size S and the model is 182cm. For someone like me who is smaller than that (about 5'5" in UK measurements) it's just too long. This is a shame as it's a problem I've had with other retailers trying to buy cardigans, and I was hoping this would be a better experience. So please, make the cardigans shorter so they are the right length for people who are actually going to wear a size small.
