Shipping and overall service was great however I noticed that each of the measurements on the chinos were about 1inch smaller than stated in size guide. However It was easy to return and order a new pair. Hopefully returns will be free for all European counties soon and not just EU.

Delighted with the product, great quality and fit (true to size), v stylish! Took a bit longer to arrive than I expected, around a week, but well worth the wait. Only negative is that I had asked to be advised when in stock, but still await the email. Will definitely order again

I was really pleased with the item and service, but was dissapointed to see my personal mobile phone number on the outside of the package they sent me!

Excellent quality product, very pleased with the purchase. Unfortunately upon delivery I had to pay £66 as an import tax which I was unaware of when purchasing. This isn't John Henric's fault at all but it would be good to warn UK customers in future about the new import charges, or add them to the initial cost of the product.
