I love my new socks! I didn't have any problem with the shipment and it was on time.

I will give credit, where credit is due. I had a very sub-par experience during the holidays last year, but did eventually get our socks and I really like them. So during the recent sale I decided to give JL a second chance and ordered a box of 10 (5 mid-calf & 5 OTC). Ordered on July 15th, delivered on the 19th! The socks are fun and a good quality, and in this instance the delivery was way ahead of the eta, my past negative experience was a delay due to out of stock not reflected during the order, and although it seems they wanted to be helpful, a slow to respond customer service. 5 stars this time for knocking it out of the park, but I would warn those that order to do so well in advance if you are doing so for a birthday or special event, and be patient.
