Regarding returns, Jasper Conran is very good when it comes to customer service. It is a seamless process to return an item and get a refund as long as you haven’t worn it! You can’t anyway, as it has a circular ribbon which goes through the front and armhole of the dress so you couldn’t wear it if you then wanted to return it anyway! It’s foolproof!
